Despite all the obstacles along the way, we ended 2022 with a very positive assessment of this year and we face the next one with very good prospects for the future.

In 2022, we have delivered a large number of own-development, second-hand and third-party homes. Among them, the most outstanding projects are:

Girona – Montilivi 1 – A total of 27 homes, 32 parking spaces and 17 storage rooms. With a fantastic location in the Montilivi neighbourhood and just a few minutes’ walk from Girona’s Barri Vell, this development stands out for its efficient homes with an elegant and modern façade.
