At Espígul we are celebrating our 35th anniversary

In Espígul we want to commemorate this date so emblematic for the company and give a gift to all our customers, current and future, who come to the offices through the raffles that we will carry out in our social networks and, mainly, in the Instagram account with the username: @immoespigul.

At Espígul we are currently committed to the immediate future, to Industry 4.0 (new technologies, collaborative robotics, process monitoring and connected industry, etc.), where we are involved in numerous R&D&I projects at both regional and European level. We seek to build more energy-efficient and sustainable buildings, with the main objective of creating and promoting more innovative materials for the construction sector, in order to be at the forefront of technology.
Today we have a team of more than 130 professionals, a human fabric made up of doctors, engineers, graduates, technical engineers, graduates and site technicians at the service of all our customers. However, without leaving aside that more familiar and close touch that characterizes us.
The numbers speak for themselves: we have built more than 1,500 off-plan homes, carried out more than 3,500 refurbishments and sold and rented more than 10,000 second-hand homes over the last thirty-five years. Our aim is to continue growing as a company, an expansion that is in process following the opening of new offices located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
The balance of these thirty-five years has been very positive, especially in the construction and real estate sector, which has allowed us to stand out and be pioneers in the sector.
