REAL ESTATE AGENT
Location: Girona (2 positions) / Platja d’Aro (2 positions) / Sant Cugat del Vallès (1 position)
Job description
We are looking for five committed professionals to join our team as real estate agents in our Girona and Platja d’Aro offices. The main responsibilities include:
Attracting new and second-hand properties for our inventory.
Complete management of real estate sales, from start to finish of the process.
Active customer management and maintenance of commercial relationships.
Execution of administrative tasks using specific software programs in the sector.
Requirements
Minimum ESO graduate, with previous experience valued.
Working hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
Own vehicle and driving license.
Salary €1,200/month net fixed in 14 payments + commissions (commissions can easily be x2 – x2.5 the salary)
ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Location: Girona
Job description
We are looking for a talented and motivated accountant to join our team in the accounting and finance department of Inmobiliaria Espígul. The main responsibilities include:
Accurate and timely accounting entries.
Preparation of tax documentation.
Invoice management.
Knowledge and application of VAT and personal income tax.
Comprehensive accounting and tax management.
Requirements
Training in Higher Degree of Administration and Finance.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage and other accounting programs.
Work experience of 2 to 3 years in similar functions.
Residence within a maximum of 30 km from the job.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
Salary: €24,000/gross per year.
