On July 3rd, at 5:30 PM, Espígul inaugurated its new office in Alella, Maresme. Following the line of exclusivity and luxury that characterizes the group, Espígul has decided to expand beyond the Costa Brava—where it already has an office in Platja d’Aro—and focus on a local market with great potential, such as Maresme.

Located at Rambla Àngel Guimerà 44 in Alella, the office has been completely renovated with the elegant, minimalist, and welcoming style that distinguishes Espígul’s offices. In this case, however, the feeling of warmth is even more palpable because the premises had previously been a family home. This space aims to serve clients looking to buy or sell a property with the highest quality. On the other hand, the company, also a leader in the world of housing construction in Catalonia, will offer the possibility of building custom-made properties.

The inauguration of the new Espígul office in Maresme was experienced as a true celebration of the territory and the essence of the brand. The event, which brought together about a hundred attendees throughout the afternoon, became a sensory experience carefully curated down to the smallest detail. From a gastronomic tasting by the renowned Pastisseria Noguera of Girona—the firm’s city of origin—to its pairing with selected wines from the Alta Alella winery, a benchmark in local and quality oenology.

The event also included a speech by the director of the new office, Raúl Saéz, who dedicated a few words of thanks to the attendees, highlighting the enthusiasm with which the team is undertaking this new stage in Maresme and the importance of continuing to offer a quality real estate service. Subsequently, an exclusive raffle was initiated with six prizes for the guests, which was very well received and contributed to creating a relaxed and participatory atmosphere.
